We’re looking for the future leaders of Commercial Banking – and this starts with our eight-week internship (please note the programme is 16 weeks in Canada). You will need to be forward-thinking, driven and perceptive, open to different ideas and cultures and enjoy being part of a team.
Over the course of the internship, you’ll take on a role in one of our Business Banking or Commercial Banking centres, supporting either our relationship managers or product teams. You’ll gain first-hand experience of how we provide solutions to our customers to support their growth. This will see you taking on a hands-on, customer-facing role alongside experienced managers and colleagues and a diverse network of peers. Your team will value your contribution and encourage you to take on responsibility and bring new ideas to the table. You’ll learn about the foundations of Commercial Banking and the importance of customer satisfaction.
You’ll also be able to take part in our sustainability initiatives. Our volunteering programme, for example, could help you to develop new skills, while contributing to the communities in which we work.
