Job Responsibilities
In order to gain a deep understanding of our operations processes and prepare for a full-fledged management position, you will work on various projects in different teams of our Operations department, including Key Accounts, protocol, operations front-end, and more.
You will be expected to:
· Continuously learn about the quality control industry and QIMA internal operations processes
· Assist department leaders on current projects
· Personally, lead small projects and cooperate with colleagues from other departments to complete different project stages
· Contribute new ideas to help improve our existing processes
· Learn team management in preparation for becoming a team leader
Your profile
It could be you if you have:
· Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering/Science, or a Management related major
· Good command of written and spoken English
· A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new things and face challenges
· Good communication and teamworking skills
