Project Management Engineer- Game development(Only for international students)
In this role, you will:
- Work with the most creative artist team, and ensure that art production milestone is achieved to build an excellent art world in game.
- Participate in art production procedure process setup, planning, monitoring progress and change control .
- Coordinate with worldwide top vendors of game art, audio and CG production, managing schedule and quality.
- Coordinate proactively withcross-functional teamsto maximize productivity and minimizeproject risks.
- Grow together with the game to be the most successful project manager in the future.
Qualifications:
- Have passion for gaming and ambition to show talent in the gaming industry.
- Must be logical thinker, fast learner, and problem solving.
- Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team.
- Must be a team player, conscientious, responsible, self-motivated and proactive.
- Be goal-oriented, make the team's goals consistent, and dare to put forward your ideas.
- Have management ability and able to work well under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Be interested in project management, and be willing to keep learning and improve yourself in schedule planning, process control and risk management.
- Be interested in painting, music, CG etc., and be willing to learn basic knowledge of art development and participate in internal training actively.
- Master Degree or above in Automation, Electronic Information, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field.
