参与产品内容设计与反馈优化。同时结合各类型玩家反馈、数据分析、竞品调研等多种手段进行产品分析，定位问题并找到解决方案。
负责版本需求整理、版本验收、版本对接、版本回收等工作，主要负责协调游戏日常运营工作及项目内外资源，能够处理日常运营过程中的各类问题或事件
和研发策划团队沟通，保持研发和发行的商业化目标统一，设计商业化活动和调整游戏内商业化节奏，保证游戏收入符合发行要求
作为玩家和游戏开发者的沟通桥梁，负责所有面向玩家的工作，包括社群维护、mods管理、游戏内邮件公告维护，玩家维护等
学习如何通过专业数据分析，对游戏、市场、用户等数据进行深度分析，结合到实践工作中，帮助项目组解决游戏攻坚问题
你是（任职要求）
大学应届毕业生或即将毕业（英语、市场营销、广告、数字媒体、通信、商业管理、商业分析、数据科学、统计学、数据可视化相关或其他理工科学位优先）。
中英文母语或流利（CET-6 / TEM-8或近似水平优先）。
狂热的游戏玩家：您对电子游戏充满热情。理想情况下，您几乎每天都玩，并且有大量海外游戏的经验。
一个优秀的沟通者：你知道什么时候用一个问题来回答一个问题，以便进一步深入研究并抓住问题的核心，并且你知道如何清晰简洁地传达信息。
一个彻底的研究人员：你是自我导向的，能够深入研究主题，从不同的角度解决它们。

You will
Participate in-game content design and optimization. At the same time, combined with various types of player feedback, data analysis, competitive product research, and other means to conduct product analysis, locate problems and find solutions.
Manage game versions of a project, coordinate the daily operation of the game and both internal and external resources, and deal with other problems or events in the daily operation process.
Communicate with the R&D designers team, unify the monetization goals of the R&D and publishing team, design in-game monetization events, and tune the monetization system in-game.
Act as a communication bridge between players and publisher, responsible for all player-oriented work, including community maintenance, moderators management, announcements, etc.
Learn how to conduct an in-depth analysis of the game, market, and users, and combine it with practical work to help the project team solve game problems
You Are
A fresh graduate or about to graduate from University (Degrees related to English, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Sciences, Statistics, Data Visualization are preferred).
Native, or Fluent (CET-6 / TEM-8 or approximate level preferred) in both Chinese and English.
An avid gamer: You are passionate about video games. Ideally, you play almost every day and have experience playing games in English.
An excellent communicator: You know when to respond to a question with a question in order to delve further and get to the heart of the matter, and you know how to convey a message clearly and succinctly.
A thorough researcher: You are self-directed and capable of researching topics at length, tackling them from various angles.
Able to work 4 or 5 days a week.
