ASSISTANT LEASING MANAGER / SENIOR LEASING EXECUTIVE – RESIDENTIAL / SERVICED APARTMENTS
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or above
* Relevant experience in market research and business development, leasing and marketing in hospitality or property industry preferred
* Good time management, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
* Strong initiative and customer orientation
* Candidates with Mainland background or exposure preferred
* Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Responsibilities:
* Handle daily leasing matters for residential properties or serviced apartments
* Build good relationship with tenants through providing quality services
* Conduct market research and promote the brand of our residential properties and services
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Leasing Executive.)
