Responsibilities:
Provide 1st tier support and monitor the telecommunication services including Data services, Mobile Value-added Service, Mobile Roaming, SMS, IDD and Retail Service
Handle real time alarm and traffic performance monitoring to meet the service quality target
Perform restorative actions for system failure to minimize service interruption
Troubleshoot for the customers’ complaints
Requirements:
Degree or Higher Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
Good command in both spoken and written Chinese; fluency in English is a plus
Willing to work on 7 x 24-hour in 3 shifts
