工作内容描述

JLL Shenzhen Office Internship, Office Leasing Advisory Department

Responsibilities:

1.       Collect real estate-related data and materials, regularly update and maintain these datasets, and assist with simple clerical tasks related to commercial real estate;

2.       Conduct field visits to observe and record the use of office space by tenants in designated buildings;

3.       Handle other daily administrative tasks assigned by the department.

Requirements:

1.       Bachelor's degree or above (current students preferred), especially third-year undergraduates, first-year, and second-year postgraduates;

2.       Outgoing personality, quick to respond, strong learning ability, adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, and able to handle a certain level of work pressure;

3.       Available to work at least 4.5 days per week, for a minimum internship duration of 2 months (preference given to those who can commit to 3 months);

4.       Proficient in office software, with an English proficiency equivalent to CET6;

5.       Positive attitude, willing to engage in company administrative tasks, responsible, ambitious, and interested in pursuing a career in the real estate industry, especially commercial real estate;

6.       Must have a personal laptop.

 

【仲量联行深圳分公司商业地产部实习生】

·        岗位职责:

1. 搜集地产相关的数据和资料,定期进行数据更新和维护,同时协助处理商业地产类简易文书工作;

2. 外出实地考察,观察指定写字楼内租户办公空间使用情况,并进行信息记录;

3. 负责部门交代的其他日常行政事务。

·        职位要求:

1. 本科学历及以上(在校生),大三、研一、研二者优先;

2. 性格开朗,反应敏捷,学习能力强,适应性好,具有良好的待人接物能力,团队合作精神,能承受一定的工作压力;

3. 一周能至少工作4.5天,至少实习2个月(实习3个月优先);

4. 熟练使用办公软件,具有CET6相当的英语水平;

5. 心态好,愿意从事公司行政方面的工作,有责任心和上进心,有志于从事地产行业,尤其是商业地产;

6. 需要自备笔记本电脑。


表现优先,有留用机制。
