Quantitative Researcher
Annual Salary: RMB 400,000 - 800,000
【Job Responsibilities】
1.Develop multi-frequency stock alpha factors using A-share market data (Level-2), fundamental data, alternative data, and other sources.
2.Process financial time-series data, construct factors, and implement algorithmic modeling.
3.Optimize single-factor and multi-factor evaluation frameworks to identify and select high-performing factors.
【Qualifications】
1.Master’s or Ph.D. degree in STEM fields from renowned universities globally, or exceptional undergraduates with outstanding qualifications.
2.Strong programming skills, including proficiency in Linux systems and Python.
3.In-depth understanding of statistical models (traditional and basic machine learning concepts) and hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., numpy, scipy, pandas). Ability to implement and optimize code for computational acceleration.
4.At least 1 year of relevant work experience, familiarity with the full lifecycle of factor research, and demonstrated results.
Preferred Skills
1.Proficiency in Spark and database languages (e.g., SQL).
2.Practical experience in model strategy development with achieved tangible results.
