售前技术工程师
工作职责
1、技术方案支持：配合销售团队，为海外客户提供全英文的技术咨询、产品演示和解决方案讲解；
2、客户沟通与培训：负责与客户进行技术交流，挖掘需求，并对客户和销售团队进行产品知识培训；
3、文档撰写：参与撰写和维护英文技术方案、产品资料及投标文件；
4、市场支持：协助参与海外展会、技术研讨会等市场活动，提供现场技术支持。
任职资格
1、学历与身份：本科及以上学历，专业不限（必须为外籍人士）；
2、语言能力：英语口语流利，可作为工作语言；具备简单中文沟通能力者优先；
3、核心素质：具备优秀的沟通表达能力、学习能力和客户服务意识，能适应跨文化工作环境和短期出差；
4、加分项：有技术相关实习经验、学生会/社团活动经历优先。
Key Responsibilities
1、Technical Solution Support:Collaborate with the sales team to deliver technical consultations, product demonstrations, and solution presentations in English for overseas clients.
2、Client Communication & Training:Conduct in-depth technical discussions with clients to identify and understand their needs. Provide product knowledge training to both customers and the internal sales team.
3、Documentation Development:Participate in the creation and maintenance of English-language technical proposals, product documentation, and tender documents.
4、Market Activity Support:Assist in overseas exhibitions, technical seminars, and other marketing events by providing on-site technical support.
Qualifications & Requirements
1、Education & Background:Bachelor's degree or higher. Major is not restricted. Must be a foreign national.
2、Language Skills:Fluent spoken Englishis required for use as a working language. Basic Chinese communication skills are a strong plus.
3、Core Competencies:Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong learning ability, and a strong customer service orientation. Must be adaptable to a cross-cultural work environment and available for short-term business trips.
4、Preferred Qualifications:Prior internship experience in a technical field or involvement in student union/club activities is preferred.
