Regional Technical Support Engineer技术支持工程师：

REGIONAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT
· The Customer Support organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customers site and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know how to the customer. Local sited Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customers within the specific region.
· Regional Technical Support organization is responsible for providing higher level technical analysis and solution to the escalated issues from Local sited CS branches over the country.
· As a regional tech support engineer for a DUV specific technical competences, provide support to internal and external customers by solving escalated problems and providing information to ensure the optimum machine performance criteria are well met in the field.
Role and responsibility
· Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and performance problems in various technical competencies.
· forward looking action plans, managing escalations, and delivering on-site support when requested at customer sites
· Identify structural solutions to prevent issues from happening again in future, collaboration with the local team FSE or OTS to build up the knowledge and experience database for achieving the goal
· Share knowledge, expertise and lessons learned within the organization
· During New Product Introduction (NPI), upskill on new features, and support local sites for the new platforms
Skills required

装机工程师UiR Engineer：

岗位职责
1、在客户现场进行设备的安装/升级，包括带有新功能的设备；负责部件卸货、外观及损坏检查、设备组装、校准及测试。
2、分析设备在应用中的适用性、准确性以及对设计规范的符合性。
3、评估并诊断设备问题，实施相应的维修；与同事、客户及现场支持团队协作，定位并解决问题。
4、在完成内部培训后，处理安装/搬迁相关的升级(escalation)问题，独立编写技术报告和相关书面材料。
任职要求
1、工程类相关专业本科及以上学历，或具备同等工作经验；具备良好的机械理解能力，并熟悉气动、液压、电子、半导体工艺、相关软件及其他相关技术。
2、能够根据需要接受出差安排。
3、能适应灵活的工作方式，包括加班及倒班。
4、能接受 超过 50% 的工作时间在洁净室(Clean Room)内工作。
5、具备良好的英语口头及书面沟通能力。

维修工程师 Repair Engineer-Repair Center：

Job Profile Summary
· Responsible for how to produce technically complex components, modules and systems in an effective and efficient way taking customer expectations in to account.
· Maintains procedures, processes (work preparation) and blueprints/sequences for Factory execution.
· Drives to solve and prevent disturbances/problems, driving part quality and organizing process standardization, reduce cycle time and costs and improve quality and efficiency.
· Supports improvement actions / projects and clear business reporting.

· Work within standard practices and procedures and is supervised on progress and results. Signals gaps in processes and procedures.
· Maintains network with a defined group of people, mainly engineers with focus on technical content. Is a sparring partner for GL on process, projects and technical topics.
Requirements
· Bachelor degree in technical domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics).
· Experienced in a technical production environment.

· Contributes to the solution of faults and takes the necessary initiatives and practical decisions to ensure zero repeat.

Engineering

Continuous Improvement
· Analyzes the production process, points out structural problems and bottlenecks.
· Continuously adapt, optimize operating instructions, process flow charts, routings, process parameters and indicators.
· Contributes actively to assigned process improvement projects.
· Signals gaps in processes and procedures and solves these.
