Position
l Investment Intern, Healthcare Team
Responsibilities
l Industry Research & Analysis
- Track global healthcare trends (e.g., novel therapeutics, CRO/CDMO, gene therapy, IVD) and analyze competitive landscapes, regulatory policies, and technological breakthroughs
- Prepare sector reports (e.g., ADC drugs, GLP-1 targets, surgical robotics) with investment theses and risk assessments
l Due Diligence Support
- Assist in evaluating target companies’ technologies, clinical data, business models
- Analyze core pipelines (e.g., clinical-stage assets, therapeutic potential), IP portfolios
- Participate in expert interviews/KOL consultations and synthesize key insights
l Investment Materials Preparation
- Support internal investment committee reports and financial modelling
Requirements
l Prefer students with previous experience in similar area, unless you can prove yourself
l Full time student or graduates, including MBA student
l Familiar with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Skills and Abilities
l Fluent in English, able to work with overseas teams
l Ability to work under pressure and deliver before deadline
l Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy
l Strong self-starter, self-confident and highly motivated
l Detail oriented and can-do attitude
Compensation Plan
l RMB150~200/day
l OT meal reimbursements
