岗位职责/Position statement
客户开发支持：协助客户经理通过行业展会、官网、社交媒体等渠道搜集潜在客户信息，并参与建立与维护客户档案。
Customer Development Support: Assist account managers in gathering potential customer information through industry exhibitions, official websites, social media, and other channels, and participate in creating and maintaining customer profiles.
销售流程协助：协助处理客户询价，学习制作报价单、销售合同等商务文件；跟进订单状态，协调内部采购、物流等部门，确保订单顺利流转。
Sales Process Assistance: Assist with customer inquiries, learn how to prepare business documents such as quotations and sales contracts; track order status, coordinate with internal procurement and logistics departments to ensure smooth order processing.
市场信息收集：协助收集市场动态、竞品信息及客户反馈，为销售策略提供支持。
Market Information Collection: Assist in gathering market trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to support sales strategies.
日常事务处理：完成上级交办的其他与销售相关的辅助性工作。
Daily Task Management: Complete other sales-related auxiliary tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求/Job requirements
本科及以上学历在校生，专业不限；
Higher degree students, with no major restrictions;
英语流利，听说读写能力强；
Fluent in English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
性格开朗，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
Has an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a strong team spirit.
时间充裕，可稳定线下实习；
With sufficient time, offline internships can be conducted smoothly.
对电子元器件、芯片行业有浓厚兴趣或相关知识背景者优先。
Candidates with a strong interest in or relevant expertise in electronic components and the semiconductor industry will be given priority.
