The Career Planning and Development Office (CPDO) is committed to delivering high quality guidance to our students on graduation study and employment, aiming to provide remarkable talents to well-known local and overseas enterprises whilst export outstanding students to the world's top universities. We regularly organize various career and further study related activities to cultivate the career readiness and overall competitiveness of our students.
Focusing on self-cognition and career development, CPDO helps students learn about their interests, personalities and values through Holland Career Interest Test, MBTI Personality Test and other online assessment and information tools.
Activities: Introductory lecture and workshop of Holland Code, MBTI workshop, Career Planning workshop, One-on-one career counselling, etc.
CPDO has established systematic information channels including onsite information sessions, industry sharing session, as well as online channels such as CPDO website, WeChat official account and WeChat groups, to convey first-hand recruitment and further study information.

CPDO guides students’ resume writing and interviews through activities such as career counselling, lectures, workshops and mock interview.
Activities: One-on-one career counselling, Resume Writing Lecture, Interview workshop, Early Bird Summer Internship Training Program, etc.
CPDO provides one-on-one counselling, lectures, workshop, and open day to help students in school-list, essay writing, standardized test preparation, etc.
Activities: One-on-one further study counselling, Further Study Lecture, Essay writing workshop, mock standardized test, Further Study Open Day, etc.
CPDO provides graduate information, releases updated job openings, assists in site arrangement, etc. We will also offer to hold career fairs, campus talk events, industry sharing sessions and company visits periodically.
