Project Management Engineer- Game Art Production(Only for international students)
In this role, you will:
- Work with the top creative game production teams, in a first-class game development journey, to make milestone happen one after anther.
- Drive game production process, ensure that the project is completed on time, and deliver a fantastic game to the player.
- Participate in process improvement in the whole product lifecycle, from game design, implementation, test to operation phase.
- Planning, measuring, retrospecting and drive team collaboration efficiency continue improvement.
- Coordinate development process cross-function teams effectively in problem solving and risk management.
- Grow up with a classic game to be the most successful project manager probably in the future.
Qualifications:
- Have passion in game and ambition to show talent in the game industry. Rich game experience and keen understanding of game logic and rule structure is a plus.
- Must be logical thinker, fast learner. Have a sense of retrospective and continue improvement on the success and failure experience.
- Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team. Dare to and clearly put forward your thought and ideas. Participation in students union is preferred.
- Excellent project progress driving and conflicts resolution skills.
- Familiar with software development process and project management knowledge system. Having project development experience, especially Agile development experience in school is preferred.
- Able to work well under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Must be a team player, self-motivated, responsible and proactive.
- Master Degree or above in Automation, Electronic Information, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field.
