你会（工作职责）

• 与广告优化师一起学习如何在Facebook和GoogleAdwords等媒体进行广告投放与效果优化。

• 学习撰写广告素材创意案，并配合美术和设计等部门完成素材制作。

• 每天定时监控各个类型的广告数据并进行统计、分析和调整广告投放策略并定期形成分析报告。

• 通过研究并分析竞品的优秀素材和投放案例，从而不断优化自身投放策略，持续提升广告效果。

你是（任职要求）

• 大学应届毕业生或即将毕业（英语、市场营销、广告、数字媒体、通信、商业管理、商业分析、数据科学、统计学、数据可视化相关或其他理工科学位优先）。

• 中英文母语或流利（CET-6 / TEM-8或近似水平优先）。

• 狂热的游戏玩家：您对电子游戏充满热情。理想情况下，您几乎每天都玩，并且有大量海外游戏的经验。

• 一个优秀的沟通者：你知道什么时候用一个问题来回答一个问题，以便进一步深入研究并抓住问题的核心，并且你知道如何清晰简洁地传达信息。

• 优秀的创意人员：对广告非常感兴趣，喜欢研究用户心理，喜欢搜集优秀的广告案例并研究它。

• 一个彻底的研究人员：你是自我导向的，能够深入研究主题，从不同的角度解决它们。

• 每周可以工作 4 到 5 天。

You will

• Work with advertising specialist to learn how to optimize advertising and performance in overseas media such as Facebook and Google Adwords;

• Learn to write creative documents for advertising materials, and cooperate with art and design departments to complete marketing materials production;

• Monitor various types of advertising data every day and conduct statistics, analysis and adjustment of advertising campaigns and form analysis reports on a regular basis.

• Research and analyze cases of competing products, and delivery reports.

You Are 

• A fresh graduate or about to graduate from University (Degrees related to English, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Sciences, Statistics, and Data Visualization are preferred).

• Native, or Fluent (CET-6 / TEM-8 or approximate level preferred) in both Chinese and English. 

• An avid gamer: You are passionate about video games. Ideally, you play almost every day and have experience playing games in English.

• An excellent communicator: You know when to respond to a question with a question in order to delve further and get to the heart of the matter, and you know how to convey a message clearly and succinctly.

• An exceptional creator: You are very interested in advertising, studying user psychology, and creating exciting content.

• A thorough researcher: You are self-directed and capable of researching topics at length, tackling them from various angles.

• Able to work 4 or 5 days a week.
