岗位职责：

• 用英语回复游戏内工单，解决玩家在游戏中遇到的疑问和问题。

• 与VIP玩家进行日常沟通与维系工作，并策划专属活动，与VIP玩家建立良性沟通机制

• 质检工单回复，找出回复中存在的问题并提出改善方案，并及时与中、外籍同事同步

• 关注游戏内以及游戏社区动态，收集玩家反馈的问题并验证，及时反馈给游戏产品运营

• 体验不同种类的游戏以及其支持服务，并产出对应的分析报告

你是（任职要求）

• 大学任意专业应届毕业生或即将毕业。

• 中英文母语或流利（CET-6 / TEM-8或近似水平优先）。

• 狂热的游戏玩家：您对电子游戏充满热情。理想情况下，您几乎每天都玩，并且有大量海外游戏的经验。

• 一个优秀的沟通者：你知道什么时候用一个问题来回答一个问题，以便进一步深入研究并抓住问题的核心，并且你知道如何清晰简洁地传达信息。

• 一个优秀的服务者：有责任心，具有良好的服务意识、较好的情绪管控力，善于安抚他人情绪。

• 每周可以工作 4 到 5 天。

You will

• Respond to in-game tickets in English and solve players' questions and problems in the game.

• Daily communication and maintenance relationship with VIP players, and planning exclusive activities to establish positive communication with them

• Quality check tickets replies, find out the problems in the replies and propose improvement solutions, and synchronize with colleagues in time

• Focus on in-game and game community trends, collect player feedback and verify, and provide timely feedback to operations team

• Experience different kinds of games and their support services, and produce corresponding analysis reports

You Are 

• A fresh graduate or about to graduate from University (Degrees related to English, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Sciences, Statistics, Data Visualization are preferred).

• Native, or Fluent (CET-6 / TEM-8 or approximate level preferred) in both Chinese and English. 

• An avid gamer: You are passionate about video games. Ideally, you play almost every day and have experience playing games in English.

• An excellent service provider: responsible, with a good sense of service, good emotional control, good at calming others.

• An excellent communicator: You know when to respond to a question with a question in order to delve further and get to the heart of the matter, and you know how to convey a message clearly and succinctly.

• Able to work 4 or 5 days a week.
