构建科学、严谨的算法评测体系；
紧跟相关领域前沿，推动基础研究。
你的背景：
海内外知名高校研究型硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计等机器学习相关专业（曾在高水平会议或期刊上发表过学术论文者优先）；
精通机器学习,深度学习，具备创新研究能力，在机器学习某个方面有深入研究或实际应用，有量化研究经历者优先；
熟悉 Linux 操作系统，熟练使用 Python/R/Matlab/Octave（至少其一），精通C++或Java，或q/KDB优先；
对量化交易、机器学习有浓厚兴趣；有较强的学习能力、自我驱动力、业务理解和解决问题的能力。
