Game Marketing & Operation Internship


Job   responsibilities

Job   ability requirements

Discord   Community Operations

 

1.         Participate   in the construction of the game players' community (including both game   builders and game players). Responsible for planning activities in the online   community and incentive system construction, influencer business development,   community content construction, responsible for community growth, activeness   and member's retention rate.

2.         Building   online and offline business development channels. Responsible for online   social media account operation and influencer relationship maintenance.   Design and produce our game release content (both video and graphic content).   Engage in the whole publishing process of our game.

3.         Keep   researching on the latest information of North American and European game   markets, through qualitative and quantitative user research. Follow up the   voice of community, collect player feedback and produce analysis reports.

1.         Experienced   in game industry content planning or market operation, participated in or led   game promotion activities. Familiar with STEAM or Roblox game platform.

2.         Experienced   in managing social media platforms such as Discord, Reddit, TikTok, Youtube,   Twitch, Twitter, etc.

3.         Proficient   in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Italian,   German and Spanish.

 

 

Social   media operations

1.         Content operation : Responsible for video and graphic content   creation and operation of the game's official social media accounts (TikTok,   Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook), attract potential players'   interest and collect their feedback for the game in the meantime.

2.         User growth: Build a social media influencer network. Plan on   marketing campaigns on social media platforms, and design promoting videos   with influencers together.

3.         Keep   researching on the latest information of North American and European game   markets, through qualitative and quantitative user research analysis. Follow   up the voice of the above social media platforms, collect player feedback and   produce analysis reports.

 

1.         Experienced   in game industry content planning or market operation, participated in or led   game promotion activities, familiar with STEAM or Roblox game platform, key   players are preferred.

2.         Experienced   in operating and managing accounts on social media platforms such as Reddit,   TikTok, Youtube, Twitch, Twitter, etc.

3.         Experienced   in video editing experience. Capable of completing social media video content   independently, including content planning, producing, editing and tracking   the data results after the video is released.

4.         Proficient   in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Italian,   German and Spanish.

 

Business   BD

1.         Expand   and explore potential business partners, such as influencers, brand managers,   community owners etc. for the purpose of user growth.

2.         Keep   digging into the core demands of target players. Strategically convince   potential partners of the advantages of partnership.

 

1.         BD   experience in previous part-time work, preferred in the game industry.   Majored in Communications, Management, Psychology are preferred.

2.         Strong   communication skills, confident in public speaking and familiar with games.

3.         Results-driven,   with strong self-drive and resistance to stress.

4.         Proficient   in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Italian,   German and Spanish.
