ASSISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL (CHINA MARKET SPECIALIST)
Requirements:
l Bachelor's degree or above
l Relevant experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in handling customers in luxurious residential / serviced apartment / hotel properties
l Candidates with Mainland background or exposure is a must
l Forward thinking, good interpersonal and communication skills
l Passion to meet and work with people of different levels
l Good experience in customer relationship building and management
l Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Responsibilities:
l Providing quality services to customers (in particular Mainland customers) in various aspects including planning and organizing guest events, home maintenance and repair coordination
l Prepare and design different form of communication / customer service collaterals
l Strengthen customer relationship and CRM management
l Assist in marketing / promoting company brand and properties
l Collect customer feedback on service excellence and prepare analysis report to continuously enhance service quality
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Customer Services Executive.)
