WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

A well-structured two-year programme

Familiarisation with all divisions of HKHS

Job rotation across various core functions of the Property Management Division

Support and coaching from an experienced senior management in the Property Management Division to accelerate your development and horizon

Involve in a variety of projects

Comprehensive mix of learning and development sessions covering essential management skills and industry-specific knowledge

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Final-year university students or recent graduates within the past 2 years

With a passion for serving the community and aspiring to develop a long-term career in the property management industry with HKHS

Highly self-motivated with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

A good team player with effective interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in both English and Chinese;basic Cantonese skill

Leadership potential and business acumen
