Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales Development
1-1.Develop and maintain potential clients in the e-commerce sector, driving the sales process from needs analysis to closing.Establish and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, social media, and other channels, converting potential clients into actual customers.Identify clients’ business pain points, demonstrate, and recommend the value of our SaaS solutions.

1-2.Confidently deliver product demos, showcasing features to help clients understand how the product can achieve their business goals.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams, providing feedback on market demands and trends to drive continuous product optimization.

2.Customer Success Management
2-1.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth experience from product implementation to everyday usage.Analyze customer usage data and conduct regular health checks to ensure clients are fully utilizing the product and receiving value.

2-2.Design and execute customer education and training programs to help clients master product features and best practices.Work with clients to create success plans and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of their business objectives.

2-3.Promptly address and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

3.Renewals and Expansion
3-1.Continuously provide value to increase customer renewal and expansion rates, identifying upsell opportunities.Recognize potential add-on products or services, recommending suitable upgrades to clients, and promoting cross-selling and upselling.
Internal Collaboration.

3-2.Work closely with product, technical, and marketing teams, relaying customer needs and suggestions to drive product improvement and innovation.Regularly report key customer success data and trends to the team, providing data support for decision-making.

Requirements:
1.Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, able to listen to client needs and provide effective solutions.

2.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively convey product value to customers with strong demo abilities.

3.Data Analysis: Proficiency with data analysis tools (such as Excel, CRM systems), able to extract insights from customer data.

4.Self-Motivated: Strong self-management and problem-solving abilities, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

5.Team Collaboration: Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
