岗位职责:
1.Data Analysis and Reporting数据分析与报告:
Conduct basic analysis of human resources-related data, generate reports and insights to provide decision support for the HR Manager of the Operations team, other teams, and management.
执行人力资源相关数据的基本分析,生成报告和观点,为人力资源运营经理、其他团队和管理层提供决策支持
2.System Operations, Maintenance, and Optimization系统运营、维护及优化:
Responsible for the daily operations of the human resources system, assist system administrators with system maintenance to ensure system stability and data accuracy. Maintain close communication with system users, understand their needs, propose or participate in system-related improvement projects to enhance system processes, functionalities, reporting, and user experience, thereby increasing the system's ability to support operational excellence.

3.Budget Management Assistance预算管理协助:
Assist the HR Manager of the Operations team in budget management, including the company's five-year personnel plan, departmental OPEX, and CAPEX plans, ensuring reasonable allocation and effective use of budgets.
协助人力资源运营经理进行预算管理,包括公司五年人员计划、部门OPEX和CAPEX计划,确保预算的合理分配和有效利用
4.Compliance Advice合规性建议:
Continuously learn about human resources-related laws and regulations to provide advice for the HR Manager of the Operations team and other team members, assisting the team in ensuring compliance governance related to human resources operations.
通过不断学习人力资源相关的法律法规,为人力资源运营经理和其他团队成员提供建议,协助团队确保人力资源运营相关的合规治理
5.Process Optimization Participation 流程优化参与:
Participate in HR Operations process optimization projects, propose improvement suggestions, and enhance work efficiency.
参与人力资源运营流程优化项目,提出改进建议,提高工作效率
6.Work Injury Management 工伤管理:
Responsible for daily work injury management, including reporting, follow-up, and post-data statistical analysis, providing decision support from a data perspective for other HR teams, department managers, and company management.
负责日常工伤管理,包括申报、跟进和后期数据统计分析,为人力资源其他团队、部门经理和公司管理层从数据层面提供决策支持
7.Commercial Insurance Operation 商业保险操作:
Maintain close cooperation with commercial insurance supply agents to ensure the smooth completion of daily commercial insurance claims and assist HR COE in performance management and annual review of commercial insurance.
与商业保险供应代理保持密切合作,确保日常商业保险相关的理赔能顺利完成,并协助HR COE对于商业保险的绩效管理和年度回顾工作
8.Undertakes other duties as assigned by supervisor
