职责描述
• 设计和开发医疗机器人平台的电机控制系统，特别是精密运动控制算法和嵌入式实现。
• 开发基于STM32的电机驱动和控制固件，集成传感器（如力传感器和IMU）及通信协议。
• 在硬件选型、开发迭代和原型调试阶段，与机械和电子设计团队密切合作，进行快速迭代开发。
• 通过系统辨识和先进控制策略优化电机控制，确保机器人运动的平稳性和准确性。
• 开发和维护电机及机械臂控制系统的生产工具，包括制造测试工具、校准工具和自动化生产流程优化软件。
• 参与医疗机器人平台内电机控制子系统的系统级集成、测试和验证。
• 整理电机控制实现的技术文档，包括设计规范、测试流程和校准指南。
任职要求
基本资格
• 电气工程、机电一体化、控制工程、自动化或相关领域的学士或以上学位。
• 1-3年电机控制系统开发的专业经验。
• 精通嵌入式系统和实时操作系统(RTOS)的C/C++编程。
• 深入理解电机控制原理，包括PID控制、扭矩/速度控制和运动规划等。
优先资格
• 具有STM32微控制器系列和底层驱动的开发经验。
• 具备传感器集成知识，包括力传感器、IMU和编码器。
• 具有嵌入式系统中CAN、SPI、I2C和以太网等通信协议的经验。
• 熟悉硬件设计和调试，包括电路图阅读和信号分析。
• 有与机械工程师和PCB设计师在跨职能团队中工作的经验。
• 了解医疗设备开发流程和法规要求者优先。
• 较强的问题解决能力，能在快节奏的开发环境中工作。
