Gold-standard Mentorship & Career Planning
The CEO Program spans 10 years, with direct mentorship from the Chairman. Through phased leadership development camps, you will progress step-by-step from management trainee to potential CEO. Each phase is overseen by the Group VPs and business unit leaders based on actual needs.
Phase 1: "Royal Guard" Training Camp – From Management Trainee to Department Manager (1.5 years)
Phase 2: "Elite Guard" Growth Camp – From Department Manager to Business Unit GM (3 years)
Phase 3: "Golden Guard" Transformation Camp – From Business Unit GM to VP (5 years)

Systematic Professional & Leadership Training

[Job Requirements]
Master's degree or above from a QS World University Rankings top 100 university, majoring in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, International Economics and Trade, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields. Must be proficient in English as a working language.
0-3 years of work experience; recent graduates are welcome. Must have a strong desire to pursue a long-term career in the global chemical logistics industry. Work experience in the supply chain industry is preferred.
Energetic, driven, and self-motivated with excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of planning and project management abilities, with management potential.
