Position
⚫ Investment intern, Buyout Team
What you’ll do
Assist Buyout Team members in miscellaneous tasks:
⚫ Upfront market research: assist team to conduct thesis-specific, segment-specific research in order to capture
quality investment opportunities
⚫ Deal execution:
➢ Deal-specific DD, including but not limited to market research, financial analysis, management interviews,
customer surveys, expert calls, etc.
➢ Preparation of deliverables, i.e. IC memo, meeting minutes, etc.
⚫ Ad-hoc tasks upon request
Who you are
⚫ Motivated and self-driven, detail-oriented, collaborative and can-do attitude, attention to confidentiality
⚫ Relevant in PE VC CVC funds/investment banking is a must
⚫ Major in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related majors with strong financial and accounting skills
⚫ Full time student in top-tier universities, including MBA student
⚫ Familiarity with MS Office, common databases i.e. Capital IQ, iFind, etc.
⚫ Fluent in English is a must, Fluent in French is a plus.
