Program Overview
This position is a targeted campus recruitment training program for the company’s Southeast Asia market, open exclusively to 2027 graduating students of Southeast Asian nationality. Selected candidates will join our Shenzhen headquarters for a paid internship during their final academic year, receiving systematic industry training and professional sales mentorship. Upon graduation, they will be stationed in their home country as Regional Account Managers, responsible for local customer development and sales performance delivery.
Job Responsibilities
1. Complete company-arranged training programs to quickly grasp industry knowledge and sales competencies, and actively prospect for potential clients via phone calls, emails and on-site visits to identify customer needs and secure orders.
2. Liaise with customers throughout the sales cycle, including quotation preparation, business negotiation, contract signing, detailed follow-up communications and payment collection.
3. Proactively implement company sales strategies and meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets to deliver required performance metrics.
4. Uphold strong teamwork awareness, maintain effective coordination and communication with all internal departments, and ensure smooth workflow alignment across functions.
Qualifications
1. 2027 graduating students with a full-time Bachelor’s degree or above, holding Southeast Asian nationality (including but not limited to South Korea, India, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, etc.). All majors are welcome; priority will be given to candidates majoring in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration and related fields.
2. Available for full-time internship at our Shenzhen headquarters during the final academic year, and willing to accept formal full-time employment and placement in your home country upon graduation.
3. Fluent in oral English and competent to use it as a working language. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is a strong advantage.
4. Outgoing and proactive in personality, rigorous and responsible in work, with strong resilience, high achievement motivation and a natural aptitude for business communication.
5. Keen interest in the electronic components, integrated circuit and semiconductor industry, and committed to long-term career development in B2B sales.
6. Equipped with excellent communication skills, organizational capabilities and cross-departmental coordination competence.
7. Honest, self-disciplined with high standards for work, and a strong team player.
