Management Trainee Program 2026
The Aice Management Trainee Program officially began in August 2026. This is a 2-year fast-track development program designed to prepare future leaders through intensive learning and hands-on experience across Aice's business operations.
During the program, participants will gain exposure to various business processes and functions within the company, allowing them to develop a strong understanding of Aice's end-to-end operations before being assigned to a position based on the company's business needs and the participant's potential.
Languages requirement: Spoken Mandarin equivalent to HSK Level 4 is sufficient.
