Guidelines for Posting Campus Recruitment and Internship Opportunities
Employers and organizations are welcome to post full-time campus recruitment and internship opportunities through the channels outlined below. Job postings must include, but are not limited to, the following information: application instructions, job title, job responsibilities and requirements, internship duration, expected start date, and internship compensation.
Organizations posting for the first time or seeking formal collaboration are required to upload a company profile along with supporting documents—such as a business license or certificate of incorporation—to the Career Planning and Development Office (CPDO) official website for review and approval. For further inquiries regarding talent collaboration, please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. CPDO Official Website
Employers may register a corporate account on the CPDO website to post job opportunities directly. Upon successful registration, users will gain access to the job posting portal.
1.1 For enterprises and institutions based in Mainland China: Please provide your Unified Social Credit Code (or Organization Code) during registration, and upload a scanned copy of your Business License or Organization Code Certificate.
1.2 For enterprises registered in Hong Kong: Please provide your Business Registration Certificate (BRC) Number, and upload a copy of your Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration Certificate.
Note: The account username will be the full legal name of the enterprise as entered during registration.
2. CPDO Official Email
Alternatively, employers may submit recruitment requests directly to the CPDO email address. Please include both Chinese and English versions of the job posting to ensure accessibility for all students.
