Recently, some profit-making organizations have set up study groups, conducted training courses, or provided study abroad agency services under the name of our university. In response to these situations, the University hereby makes a solemn statement:
1. CUHK-Shenzhen has not commissioned any individual, enterprise, or organization to charge fees in the name of the University to provide products or services such as teaching and training, study abroad, etc. Additionaly, CUHK-Shenzhen has not authorized any individual, enterprise, or organization to use the University's name, abbreviation, trademark, special logo, or pattern for profit.
2. Any individual, enterprise, or organization that advertises, promotes, or provides related products or services in the name of the University, or in a manner that misleads a third party into believing that it has been authorized to do so without the University's permission, is infringing on the law.
Currently, the market offers a wide variety of education and training services as well as study abroad agency services, which vary in quality. We would like to remind all students and parents to be cautious to avoid any loss of personal interests.
The University places great importance on the career development of its students and has established a relevant department to provide guidance. If students have any questions related to career development, they are encouraged contact CPDO and schools' career development offices for assistance. The contact information is detailed in the annex.
