你会（工作职责）
跟随本地化项目经理学习整个本地化流程，包括如何应对语言本地化挑战、如何引入和管理供应商，以及如何架起跨部门沟通的桥梁。
研究市场趋势、行业新闻、分析数据、收集用户反馈、研究竞争对手策略并将调查结果综合成简短、清晰的演示文稿。
验证部门使用的内部数据，确保所有工作得到妥善管理，并根据要求组织可交付成果。
构建或更新有用的文档以满足组织中各个部门的需求，例如 master lists / SSoT文档。
协助制作每周部门报告。
对我们的游戏进行测试并提供反馈。
你是（任职要求）
大学应届毕业生或即将毕业（英语、市场营销、广告、数字媒体、通信、商业管理、商业分析、数据科学、统计学、数据可视化相关学位优先）。
中英文母语或流利（CET-6 / TEM-8或近似水平优先）。

You will
Shadow Localization Project Managers to learn the entire localization lifecycle process, including how to manage language localization challenges, how to engage and manage vendors, and how to bridge cross-departmental communication.
Research market trends, industry news, analyze data, collect user feedback, study competitor strategies and synthesize findings into short, clear presentations.
Verify internal data used by our department, ensuring tickets are properly managed and deliverables are organized according to requirements.
Build or update useful documentation serving the needs of various departments in the organization, such as master lists / SSoT documents.
Assist in the production of weekly department reports.
Playtest and give feedback on our games.
You Are
A fresh graduate or about to graduate from University (Degrees related to English, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Sciences, Statistics, Data Visualization are preferred).
Native, or Fluent (CET-6 / TEM-8 or approximate level preferred) in both Chinese and English.
An avid gamer: You are passionate about video games. Ideally, you play almost every day and have experience playing games in English.
An excellent communicator: You know when to respond to a question with a question in order to delve further and get to the heart of the matter, and you know how to convey a message clearly and succinctly.
A thorough researcher: You are self-directed and capable of researching topics at length, tackling them from various angles.
