What is Everything DiSC?
DiSC measures your chronological pattern of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors under different situations, which can help you better understand yourself and others, make it easier for you to establish connections with others, and assist you in solving difficult problems you encounter at work and in life.
The first behavioral model based on DiSC was construed by William Moulton Marston in Emotions of Normal People published in 1928. Afterwards, the theory was further developed into an evaluation tool by Walter Vernon Clarke, an industrial psychologist. The tool officially entered workplace in 1972. Since then, over 50 million people have taken the evaluation. With the advancement of research, DiSC has developed into different versions, the latest of which, Everything DiSC, adapted to the internet and is tested with a reliability and validity of 0.8-0.9 (the highest being 1), which means the test is very effective.
We welcome ALL students to join us on this journey to self-acknowledgement driven by DiSC. Starting from here, we can discover our strengths, and tighten our relationships with others!
